    • All product dispute resolution issues must be directed to Service provider exclusively;

7. WARRANTY.

7.1 We guarantee the quality and delivery of your product in agreed delivery time.

7.2 We guarantee full money back including our commission in such cases:

 

    1. You receive not what you ordered;
    2. You receive a damaged or out of date product;
    3. You didn’t receive your order in time;
    4. If the parcel was lost;

7.3 You can ask to return the product within 60 days after you received it.

8. We are not a financial services company or organization.
